It doesn't get any better than this: (1) Let the faux fur fly; (2) Tri-county butterbean queen. -- Linda Schrenko.
Cynthia Tucker has outdone herself once again. Don't miss her in today's ajc:
More than Schrenko's fur is fake
Samples to entice you to read:
'She looked like she had mistaken the occasion. She wasn't there to be crowned queen of the tri-county butterbean festival. She was there to be handcuffed — a moment that called for a demure, slightly downcast look. Instead, she put a high-wattage smile on that overhauled face."
"If Schrenko were really interested in Bible study, she might have spent more time mulling those verses about lying, stealing and exploiting the disadvantaged. Some of the money she is accused of stealing was supposed to buy computer equipment for deaf students."
"Let the faux fur fly."
Thanks Ms. Tucker. No one could have said it better.

that is so funny!
Oh Gosh, Schrenko...
Can you believe she wore a fur coat when she turned herself in to the feds??? I still can't.
It was a great picture, if you ask me! All she needed was a cigarette holder with a smoldering cigarette and she would looked like Cruella DeVille!
