Good Morning Sid,
This story is a pitiful one. I really have to wonder what was going through the gentleman's head when he planned this without notifying the city so there would not be the kind of response that has lead him to resign his post. I read recently in "The Times of London" that the cost of the stunt was over $300,000. They could have achieved the same effect by hiring a Photo Shop jockey for 1/100 of the cost. Pity.
