McCain's policy shifts will be a reenactment of John Flipflop Kerry's campaign, Part II -- A timetable for withdrawing from Iraq.

From The Wall Street Journal Online:

Sen. John McCain said that if elected president, he would win the Iraq war and bring most U.S. troops home by January 2013, offering his first date for withdrawal and pushing back against Democratic charges that he would keep the U.S. mired there indefinitely [actually, McCain said that U.S. troops could remain in Iraq for as long as 100 years].
