Note the words 'Georgia Democrat.' This week I am not proud of what my Party is about.

If the current proposed legislation seeking to expand coverage without first attacking the cost aspect of health care becomes law -- and regardless of what the progressives in the Party say about passing something rather than nothing so President Obama appears not to have failed and for other reasons -- the health-care fight is heading toward a political referendum in November, and the results are going to be disastrous for the Democrats.

I absoulutely agree with that assertion. Marshall & Barrow will be alright & win re-election, I don't know about Bishop. He is a target of the NRSCC & after the vote yesterday, he will be a huge target for the GOP.

I think potentially he will be a drag on the democratic ticket here in Southwest Ga come election time. He's goine to have to sell the healthcare bill to voters across the district, especially seniors who have always backed Bishop & folks in counties south of Albany.

I won't be surprised to see the first lady come done to campaign for Bishop as well as the Secretary of Agriculture as well. Prediction Bishop: 57%-Keown 42%
