If you read this blog, I know you will one of the small fraction of Georgia voters who have already or will trek yet again to the polls.
According to Jim Galloway in the AJC's Political Insider:
In 1992, 39 percent of registered voters returned for the U.S. Senate runoff. But in 1998, 2004, and 2006, turnout for statewide runoffs averaged 4 percent.
