I'd be real, real interested to hear if this is just a hunch, or if you've heard something the rest of us haven't. I'm in the anti-smoking ban minority (as it's written with the under-18 clauses for bars) because I think it's awful for business.
No inside knowledge. Just a feeling that the Gov. may feel that he should not do anything to weaken his shakey base among Ga. farmers.
