Developing our message: "George Bush's ownership society is nothing but an exclusive club with doors closed to people who work hard for a living"
Today John Edwards rejected any suggestion that "Democrats don't stand for anything."
"It's time to build the America we all believe in," said Edwards, renewing his vice presidential campaign theme of two Americas, one rich and one poor.
At the DNC's annual meeting where Democrats tomorrow will elect Howard Dean as our new chairman, Edwards made fun of President Bush's call for an "ownership society."
"George Bush's ownership society is nothing but an exclusive club with doors closed to people who work hard for a living," Edwards said.

______________
Talk about developing a message. That my friends, is a message.
Write it down. Memorize it. It is something with which people I meet and greet each day can relate.
It is part of the gospel that we need to get Wal-Mart Republicans who voted against their interest in 2004 to understand.
